Return & Exchange Policy
Need to exchange or return a product?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to exchange or return it. UNWORN items can be exchanged for either a store credit or another MYEL product. Refunds are also possible.

Your refund will be credited by the same means of payment as when you made the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account because of different delays of treatment from various financial institutions.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items and resized rings are final sales and cannot be returned.
Store credits are in the form of a virtual gift card and can be used online or in-store.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order you must (1) email us ([email protected]) within 4 hours of when you place your order. (2) Indicate clearly in the subject line: CANCEL ORDER. We try to ship very quickly!
How do I initiate an exchange or return?
Please email us ([email protected]) for all returns and exchanges to receive our authorization, with the subject of your e-mail as RETURN & EXCHANGE with your order number.
Online orders can be return to the store for a physical gift card (refer to "Store credit" section) OR exchanged for another size/item OR refunded. The items must be UNWORN, with original order confirmation.
We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
How do I return a package?
1. Transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses.
2. Any returns must include the original invoice.
3. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition (unworn & undamaged) and in their original packaging.

Shipping Policy Canadian Orders
Free shipping Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped the next day, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Exceptionally, an order may take 48 hours before it can be shipped; in such a case, our shipping confirmation e-mail will also take 48 hours. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.
Out of stock products
The product you ordered may happen to be out of stock, thus preventing us from shipping it to you in the prescribed delay. In that case, our Customer Service will follow up on your order and keep you informed on the shipping schedule via e-mail.
The shipping charge is a fixed set price and not determined by the weight of your package. The shipping is FREE for a package sent within Canada for orders over CA$ 150 (without taxes). For United States, the shipping charge is CA$ 25.
Promotional offers can not be applied to purchases made before or after promotional offers.
Jewelry or other items cannot be pre-ordered before a promotionnal offer.
We reserve the right, at any time, to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when and what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
